Organic pillows are an important complement to your organic mattress. For some people an organic pillow is even more important than the mattress because the neck is such a sensitive area. Our Savvy Rest organic pillow line offers plenty of choices. We have several styles of organic pillows. We offer shaped pillows made of natural latex (the same used in our mattresses), and pillows filled with certified organic wool. All of our pillow casings are made from certified organic cotton. Generally, you want your head and neck to be aligned just as if you were standing erect; but this is an individual choice. Choose a pillow that you feel will be most comfortable for you. The most important thing is to listen to your own body. Many side sleepers prefer a thicker pillow, such as our contour pillow.
Stomach sleepers tend to want a smaller pillow such as our “soap shape” style, or no pillow at all.
