SHIPPING

Normal shipping time is 3-4 weeks.  We aren't responsible for delays in shipping beyond our control.  International shipments, please email your shipping information and what you would like to order to NaturalBeds@Gmail.com for a shipping quote.


RETURN POLICY

Because our products are custom made and for health and legal reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on mattresses, platform beds, adjustable beds, foundations and all sales are final. 

The following rules apply:

In the event of a exchange with unopened packages, the customer is responsible for shipping to and from our store and restocking fees may apply. No product will be exchanged that has been laid upon, damaged, has a odor or is dirty in any way. 

Please read the cleaning and care instructions for our products on our website.

  • Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.

  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.

  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

  • Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases.

  • If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.

LAYER EXCHANGE POLICY & PROCEDURE

There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a layer:

  • You may exchange your layers for new layers for Free within the first 30 days (just pay shipping and handling both ways) and you can get new layers. 

  • Furthermore, you may exchange as many layers as you like, as long as you own your mattress for a nominal fee plus shipping and handling both ways to get new layers.

  • Layer exchange policy is not a return policy.

  • If your mattress is to firm you might consider a organic fleece or a extra soft latex layer to add even more comfort and luxury.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) will arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part!  We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. 

If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.  In the event of shippers damaging product it is best to refuse the delivery and note in the bill of lading "refused due to damage." Please take photos of the damage if possible. Please count the boxes to make sure you sign tor the correct number of packages. We will receive the shipment and replace the damaged item with new, then reship the product.

When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned.

If a product is defective we are allowed the opportunity to fix the issue. If a product is defective we are allowed the opportunity to fix the issue. 

REFUNDS & CREDITS

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Google, eBillMe, or Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges and 25% restocking fees. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit.
